ReCode Kerala - Vision 2031 A seminar on Kerala's IT industry As part of the Government of Kerala’s Vikasana Sadas seminar series, ReCode Kerala - Vision 2031 brings together visionary policymakers, industry leaders, and innovators to reimagine the state’s digital future. This high-impact forum will outline transformative pathways to position Kerala as a global technology and innovation powerhouse by 2031 - built on the pillars of inclusive growth, sustainability, and digital excellence. The event will host insightful sessions on emerging technology ecosystems, startup acceleration, digital governance, and global collaborations shaping the next decade of Kerala’s IT evolution. Highlight of the Event: The seminar will be inaugurated by Hon. Chief Minister Shri. Pinarayi Vijayan, who will also present the Vision 2031 Concept Note. The Hon. Chief Minister will thereafter virtually inaugurate Infopark’s new co-working initiative “ i by Infopark ”, located at Ernakulam South Metro Station building.
